Wintec has three main campuses, one with 24 hour computer
and internet access and some of the best purpose-built training facilities in the country.
The city campus has a student radio
station, an art gallery, a practicing nursing ward and science
teaching laboratories.
The Rotokauri campus, 15 minutes north
of the city has sport science laboratories, specialist kitchens
and a training restaurant, a veterinary surgery, an animal house
and fully equipped trades workshops.
The Hamilton Gardens
campus is set on picturesque gardens, with a computer aided
drafting lab, greenhouses and practice barns.

HAMILTON CITY CAMPUS
The City Campus is centrally located, with shops, river, transport
and cafés literally at your feet.
It's a vibrant and energising environment with outstanding
facilities for learning and support. At the centre of the campus is
the Gallagher Hub housing a large computer lab containing over
130 computers (Mac and PC), a library, copying services, study
rooms, café and event rooms.This secure facility is available to
students 24 hours a day.
The City Campus also features lecture theatres that utilise the
latest technology, a student radio station, art gallery, hairdressing and beauty clinics and student support services.
ROTOKAURI CAMPUS
The Rotokauri Campus is set on a 56 hectare site about 10 minutes
drive north of the central city. It has some of the best purpose built training facilities in New Zealand, including fully equipped
trades workshops, animal handling, veterinary surgery, specialist training restaurant and kitchens, and sport science labs.
At the heart of it all is the social buzz of the Rotokauri Hub, providing
students with advanced technical equipment, computers, café, library, video conference room, chill-out spaces, health centre and
other support services. The Base, Hamilton's newest and largest
shopping complex, is nearby and its many cafes and shops have
become a favourite student destination.

CAMPUS CAFÉS
You'll never go hungry at Wintec! Both the City and Rotokauri campuses
have excellent cafés serving a tempting array of hot and cold food
and espresso coffee. In the student areas of all our campuses
there are microwaves, hot water and snack vending machines. |

and is located in the Gallagher Hub for

Security staff patrol Wintec buildings
24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our Student Village is a safe, secure
environment situated close to the City
Campus on Collingwood Street. Fully
furnished accommodation includes a
TV lounge, games room, laundry and BBQ
facilities with catered meals available
