Whakatane Historical Society - Scholarship Trust

Background

To award scholarships to students from the Eastern Bay of Plenty for study and research in New Zealand and its territories. Students must have undertaken and completed their first year of tertiary study.

Eligibility

Applicants should have proven academic ability and personal attributes. Preferences will be given to research leading to publication of theses, essays or dissertations. All successful applicatns shall be required to furnish regular written progress reports of their research to the Trust.
