TeachNZ Scholarship

Eligibility

Students who enrol in Wintec's Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) are eligible to apply for TeachNZ scholarships.

Students who enrol in a private training establishment will not be able to access these new scholarships.

Study grants for primary teachers undertaking ECE teacher education are also available.

Value

These generous scholarships, cover study fees, and for full-time students, a $10,000 allowance to cover other costs. Recipients can receive around $20,000 in total.

Closing Date

Early Childhood Education Scholarships for study in 2010 will open on 1 February and close on 1 March 2010.
