Barbara Wood Memorial Foundation Scholarship

Background

The Foundation offers financial assistance to provide training opportunities for students in New Zealand and the South Pacific region.

Eligibility

The scholarships are available to tertiary students who were born in the South Pacific region. Students wishing to study in New Zealand or anywhere in the South Pacific are eligible for funds.

There is no restriction of gender. Applicants who are already enrolled can apply for their second and third years of study.

Value

Scholarships vary from $500 to $1,000 a year depending on the need and cost of course undertaken. Scholarships are awarded for a year but can be reapplied for.
