From Postgraduate Nursing Studies to Nurse Practitioner

4 August 2010

Graduating in March 2009 with a Master of Nursing from Wintec, Anna Dawson has since achieved NCNZ Nurse Practitioner endorsement. Here’s what Anna had to say about Wintec’s Postgraduate Nursing and Master of Nursing programmes:
“This well rounded Masters included a research project with a critical analysis of my practice and has prepared me to become a Nurse Practitioner. Papers at postgraduate certificate or diploma level are an excellent preparation for all Registered Nurses (RN’s) and Nurse Specialists. Wintec has a local flavour that reflects the people who live in this unique region of rural and urban New Zealand.”
