Wintec House is home to two unique event spaces in Hamilton’s CBD. Merging the old with the new, The Atrium is an exceptional venue with exposed brick, high glass walls and transparent ceiling. It holds up to 500 people (cocktail style) or 350 (theatre or cabaret style) so is the perfect venue for glittering gala dinners, exhibitions, corporate functions and large conferences.

A point of difference for The Atrium is its large video wall. Measuring an impressive 2.3 metres by 4.14 metres, the video wall can be used in any lighting conditions to create extra impact for presentations, rolling images, movies and live video streaming.

AV support is included within the hireage fee for all of Wintec’s venues, so clients can be assured that their needs are met within budget.

The Long Room is Wintec House’s smaller events space which can be used for small functions, conferences, or as a support space for The Atrium. It has lovely natural light and holds 100 people (cocktail style) or 80 (theatre style).

Both event spaces are located in Wintec’s beautifully restored historical brick building which incorporates modern architecture and facilities, while still retaining its heritage. This award-winning building combines educational facilities, quality event spaces, and commercial offices all under the same roof.

Also on Wintec’s city campus is the Bill Gallagher Centre – a fantastic facility with two event spaces less than ten minutes’ walk to Hamilton hotels, restaurants and bars.
