It is exciting to be involved in one of this country's growth areas - the Creative Industries! The Media Arts programmes provide well-conceptualized and effective qualifications that get results.
There is never a shortage of fascinating, challenging, and cutting edge projects that are being worked on by students and staff (day and night).

It is highly rewarding to watch students complete their study and go on into excellent employment.

The School enjoys a reputation for a high standard in Creative Industries research and is rated well in the latest PBRF results. The School has 10 out of the 83 recognised Media Arts researchers in New Zealand.

As a School we work closely with Wintec's Centre for Creative Industries to host events and initiatives such as the SPARK festival, Ramp Magazine and Ramp Gallery, research seminar series and various visiting artists."
