Tutor Texts
A Tutor Text is any item that a lecturer needs to consult regularly and which is essential to the teaching of a course. This may include the course textbook(s) and in certain circumstances serials can be purchased as tutor texts.

Ordering Tutor Texts
To order a Tutor Text -
- Print out and complete the Tutor Text Request form.
- You will see that your Head of Department must sign the form to authorise the purchase, this is because the cost of the Tutor Text comes from your departmental Tutor Text budget.
- Once the form is completed you can give the form to your Librarian; drop it into the Library; post or fax it to us.
The library will notify you when the material is ready to be picked up.
