About Tuition Fees
Quoted tuition fees are an estimate only, based on a standard full-time load (1.0) and will vary depending on the student's choice of courses (ie the actual enrolled load). Students should be aware that their tuition fees will be reduced or increased depending on the load of the course enrolled in. Wintec will endeavour to maintain these fees in future years but reserves the right to adjust when necessary.
For qualifications of one year or longer, the fees quoted are for one year of full-time study only. If students do more than a full-time programme in one year, the fees will be adjusted. All fees include GST (tax), registration and enrolment, counselling, learning support, and the use of most campus facilities. Nursing fees include clinical placement. Some courses incur extra costs related to required materials, tools or activities. This may be up to $1,000 additional to tuition fees.
Pay your International Fees Online
Payment of funds from outside New Zealand may be made by bank transfer to Wintec's Custom House account.
Wintec has set up accounts with banks in many countries worldwide.
Sending your money to Wintec's Custom House account provides a safe and fast payment method which also allows you to track the progress of your payment on the web.
Please note that the Custom House accounts are only for use with international transactions.

Transferring money to our Custom House account is made simple and easy. If, however, you experience difficulty with your local bank or accessing the payment instructions form, please contact our Finance office and an alternative method of transferring the payment can be arranged.

Transfer of Credit
This is a process whereby you apply to Wintec (on the Application for Transfer of Credit form) to credit your prior learning towards the programme / module(s) you have enrolled in at Wintec. Your prior learning may be from another tertiary provider, or may be from your life experience or on-the-job training. After arrival fees for approved transfers will not be refunded. Alternative study options can be chosen to ensure full-time international student status.
