The day is all about you and getting in a Zone that helps you discover your strengths, talents and the sort of world you’d like to create for your future.

If a Zone description sounds like you then go for it because chances are if you enjoy the activities and experiences in that particular Zone, you’ll also enjoy a successful career in that world as well!

But did you know that this difference makes certain careers just right for you? If you choose a career based on your preference you’ll have a happier more rewarding future.

There are nine coloured zones at the Huge Day Out. If you choose the zone that matches your personality and preferences you’ll do the things you like most. And if you’re not sure, why not try something in every zone.

City - The Atrium, Wintec House
Rotokauri - Social space, Student Hub
Gardens - Main Reception, Wintec
 

When you take part in the Huge Day Out activities around campus you will have fun, learn cool new stuff and be rewarded with instant win scratch cards for food and drink giveaways. The more things you try the more scratch cards you get.
