Employer Partnership Groups

Message from the CE, Mark Flowers

Our goal is to build a stronger community through education, research and career development.

To do this, we must not only meet the needs of the people in our community who want to further their learning; we must also meet the needs of the businesses that will, or already do, employ these people.

Our employer partnership groups enable us to do just that.

Working together strategically, we're able to minimise skill shortages by producing top quality graduates trained in areas where there is real industry demand.

Quite simply, we could not achieve our goal without working closely with industry and businesses in the Waikato region. I'd like to personally thank the members of our employer partnership groups for their contribution and strongly encourage others to get involved - after all, the end result is highly and relevantly skilled employees to help your business or industry succeed.
