Personal Statement

My background is varied having worked in Management, HR and Marketing roles for many years. I am a member of  the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand (HIRNZ).

My undergraduate and graduate qualifications have a strong academic focus on commercial and business law. After previously working as a Senior Tutor and in a management role at another tertiary institution, I joined Wintec as a fulltime staff member in 2008.

Since 2008, I have completed the Certificate in Adult Teaching Programme and am currently studying the Certificate in Adult Teaching and Education Programme  (CATE), as well as studies towards a Graduate Diploma in Management.

I enjoy the interactive and practical focus of our teaching and learning at Wintec, and the opportunities I have to assist domestic and international students in their learning journey.
